From a Classroom:
- Navigate to the Manage Faculty & Students page under the My Account menu.
- Locate the desired faculty member.
- Select Manage Roster from the menu to the right of the desired service provider.
- Select the student(s) by clicking the small box in front of their names.
- Select Bulk Actions from the lower left side.
- Select Share Students.
- Type in the name of the desired service provider.
- Select the permissions and select Share.
From the Students tab:
- Navigate to the Manage Faculty & Students page under the My Account menu.
- Select the Students tab.
- Locate the student by typing in the name of the student in the search feature.
- Select Share Student from the menu to the far right of the desired student.
- Type in the name of the desired service provider.
- Select the permissions and select Share.
Pro Tip: Multiple students can be shared with the same service provider using Bulk Actions.
- Select the desired students.
- Scroll to the bottom of the list of students.
- Select Bulk Actions.
- Select Share “x” Students.
- Type in the name of the desired service provider.
- Select the permissions and select Share.
