Students can be shared individually or multiple students can be shared in bulk by following these steps.
How to Share Students Individually
1. Navigate to Students under the My Account menu.
2. Select the settings icon next to the desired student.
3. Use the arrow to expand the Shared Settings section
4. Select the Add Share button.
5. Type the name of the teacher into the search field or select the Show All Available Teachers button.
6. Select the Select Permissions button. There are two permissions for the shared teacher:

Assign & Edit
- Allows the user to assign content, edit others' assignments and modify student settings and information.

Assign & View
- Allows the user to assign and view others’ assignments.
- Settings and student info cannot be modified.

7. Repeat steps 5-6 to share with additional teachers.
8. Select Close.
After exiting the Share Students screen, it will return to the student settings screen. At the bottom of the Shared Settings tab, the shared teachers will appear. Shared settings such as the edit level and removing the share can be completed from here with the “modify” option.
Please note that students cannot be shared in Positivity or Polaris. Licensed Polaris users can invite other Team Members to collaborate.
How to Share Students in Bulk
- Navigate to the Students under My Account menu.
- Select the desired students.
- Click Share Students.
- Type the name of the teacher into the search field or select the Show All Available Teachers button.
