With n2y’s user-friendly reporting features, administrators can now effectively monitor and support teachers in generating data and tracking student progress. The ability to oversee implementation and utilization will result in stronger performance and ensure that all students have access to a curriculum formatted to their needs. These customized reports can easily generate data from a district, school, grade band or individual student view, giving you the exact information needed to assist teachers in creating IEP goals. Cloud-based features allow users to efficiently communicate data from any location, saving time and resources.
Checkpoints Reports
View reports related to student performance on Checkpoint assessments. Monthly Checkpoints are designed as a pre- and post-assessment of knowledge and skills presented in each monthly thematic unit. Teachers should administer monthly checkpoints twice monthly in order to measure understanding before and after unit instruction. The new Checkpoint Reports will provide data on student performance with checkpoints starting with the 17-18 school year and moving forward.
Suggested administration of Monthly Checkpoints, as supported by the Suggested Monthly Plan, is as follows:
- Pre-Test during Week 1 of instruction for the current month
- Post-Test during Week 4 of instruction for the current month

- Raw Scores Export (Download a CSV file containing score details for all students in a class or group of classes.)
- Skills Trends (See broad skill trends for a student or a class.)
- Skills Progression (See detailed skill levels for a student throughout the year.)

Benchmark Reports
View reports related to student performance on Benchmark assessments. Benchmark Assessments are modified performance tools to provide data on selected skill areas. Teachers may select the areas of assessments that are appropriate for an individual student. Baseline data is generated from each assessment that can be compared for growth over a period of time.
Suggested administration of Benchmark Assessments is 2-4 times per year.
Choose from the following student or classroom reports in Benchmarks Reports:
- Class Summary (View most recent scores and skills for all students in a class.)
- Individual Growth (Measure score improvement or decline for a student over a custom time period.)
- Individual Summary (View most recent scores and skill level for a student.)
- Raw Scores Export (Download a CSV file containing score details for all students in a class or group of classes.)

Staff Login and Usage Reports
View reports related to staff site usage and completion of assessment administration. View Benchmark, Checkpoint and Profile Completion Status for each teacher in your account. Login Reports will be coming soon!
Choose from the following Staff Login and Usage Reports:
- Benchmark Completion Status (See if all students in a class have completed benchmarks.)
- Checkpoint Completion Status (See how many students in a class have completed checkpoints.)
- Group Login Statistics (See weekly Unique Learning System login statistics for a group of teachers.)
- Profile Completion Status Report (See which students in a class have completed profiles.) A new Profile should be completed on each student yearly.
- Individual Login Statistics (Review Unique Learning System login statistics for individual users.)
- Staff Usage and Summary Export (Download a CSV file containing teacher login, student profile, benchmarks and checkpoint statistics.)
Navigating Administrator Reports
- Open the Administration menu on the left side of the screen and select Reports.
- Select a reporting category and choose a report.
- Each report will allow an Administrator to add a user from the entire subscription, filter by gradeband and status and select a time period before generating the usage report. Note that filters can be applied to both gradeband and status simultaneously to view a focused group of users.
- Check Filter By Gradeband to select from the 6 different gradeband options.
- Check Filter By Status to view uses based on licensed status.
- Select teachers and press Add Selected to add the users to the report. Select a teacher from the Teacher For Report list and then Remove Selected to remove the user. Select Remove All to remove all teachers from the report.
- Once you have selected all of the teachers for the report, select Continue.
- Determine a time period for the report by selecting a Start Date and End Date. Press View Report to create the report.
- Select Export Results to create the CSV file.
Throughout the process of creating a report, use the progress bar at the top of the page to return to an earlier menu.
