How Can I Assign Newly Added Content to My Students?

Newly published content can be assigned to students from the New Content Notification feature. When turned on, service providers can quickly assign the content from the notification. 

1. Select the Notification bell.
   
2. Locate and select the desired new content from the notification pop-up.
   
3. Select “Assign it today!”
   
   
   • For News2you content, select to include the Communication Board and Joey’s Locker if desired.
     
4. Assign to all, or select students.
   
5. Using the Class drop-down menu, select the desired Class.
   
   
   • Please note, this option will not appear if you have not yet opted into the Planner.
6. Select the desired start and end date for Student View access.
   
7. Select the desired Student View availability for all day, before your homework time or after your homework time.
   • Please note, this option will only appear if you have a Homework time set up. 
8. Confirm.
   
9. Close the notification pop-up.
