How to Add Classes in the Planner

1.  Navigate to the Planner.
   

2. Select Manage in upper right corner.
   

3. Select Add Class.
   
4. Enter your New Class Name and then select Add.
   • Pro Tip:  You can change the color and the icon for your classes to make it more personalized or for high contrast.

5. Select Close after adding the desired classes.
6. Hover over an activity card and select the three dots and Move to Class and select the desired class to move the activity.
   
   
   • Pro Tip: Drag and drop activities into classes or use the Bulk Actions option to move multiple classes at once.
