Why Is a Completed Benchmark Not Showing in the n2y GPS? / My Student Completed a Benchmark, How Can I Manually Score It?

Some Benchmarks, such as Expressive Benchmarks, need to be scored by the teacher before the results will appear within the n2y GPS. Benchmark results can be scored from Notifications, from Assessment Results or directly within the n2y GPS.

Score from Notifications:

1. Select the Notification bell along the left menu.
   
2. Open the notification stating that a Benchmark requires manual score entry and select inside the box.
   
3. Select “Take Me There!”
   
4. Listen to the audio for each item.
5. Mark correct or incorrect as appropriate.
   
6. Add any needed notes. 
7. Save Results.
   
8. View the Scoring Summary.

Score from the Assessment Results:

1. Navigate to the Students page under the My Account menu.
   
2. Open the desired Student card.
3. Select Assessment Results.
4. Update the “Type” to Benchmark Assessments.
5. Use the Today, Last 7 days or Last 30 days to filter the results further if needed.
6. Select “Score” by the desired Benchmark.
   
7. Listen to the audio for each item.
8. Mark correct or incorrect as appropriate.
   
9. Add any needed notes. 
10. Save Results.
    
11. View the Scoring Summary.

Score from the n2y GPS:

1. Navigate to the n2y GPS under Unique Learning System.
   
2. Select Benchmarks.
3. Use the blue “Students” button to select the desired student.
   
4. Open the desired Benchmark.
5. Administer if needed.
6. Under Assessment History, select “Score” by the unscored assessment.
   
7. Listen to the audio for each item.
8. Mark correct or incorrect as appropriate.
   
9. Add any needed notes. 
10. Save Results.
    
11. View the Scoring Summary.
