Subscription Managers can reset passwords for their teachers through the Subscription Dashboard on the website.
To change a staff members password:
- Navigate to the Subscription Dashboard by selecting My Subscriptions from your email address, or by selecting Subscription Dashboard in the left menu.
- Select the subscription number to manage the users in the subscription.
- Locate the person under the respective tab and select Edit on the row.
- Check the box next to Reset Password. Enter a new password twice to verify the password and select Save. This will serve as a temporary password for the user.
- Inform the staff member of their temporary password and direct them to log into the website.
- After entering the temporary password, they will be prompted to enter a new password.
