Subscription Managers can reset passwords for their teachers through the Subscription Dashboard on the website.
Follow these steps to assist your staff member with logging into their account:
1. Navigate to the Subscription Dashboard by selecting My Subscriptions from your email address, or by selecting Subscription Dashboard in the left menu.
2. Click on View Users next to one of your Managed Subscriptions.
3. Locate the person under the respective tab.
4. Press the Edit button and place a check next to Reset Password.
5. Enter a new password. Verify the password.
6. Inform the staff member of their temporary password and direct them to log into the website.
7. After entering the temporary password, they will be prompted to enter a new password that is more secure for them.
