Getting Started Resources
n2y provides several complementary resources for getting started. It is important to orient yourself with the features of n2y solutions and we believe in providing training and implementation resources with your purchase that’s here for you 24/7.
The Foundations Course is our commitment to your success with n2y products. The course is included with any n2y purchase and can be accessed through the Professional Development section from the product menu. Each user will receive a certificate of attendance after completing the course.
When you are in this section, you can find a video on Getting Started for Administrators. We recommend this for any of your administrators or sub-administrators.
Professional Development Resources and Supports
Also located within Professional Development is the Professional Development Resources and Supports. This feature contains a growing collection of training and learning topics that will expand your knowledge of n2y products. The modules within this course take a closer look at specific topics that relate to all n2y products.
n2y Knowledge Base
The n2y Knowledge Base allows subscribers to search through hundreds of knowledge articles about n2y's solutions and email customer support right from inside the account. This complimentary help tool is available to n2y subscribers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Help on the Spot
Subscribers also have access to some "help on the spot" options embedded in product pages. On most pages inside of the product areas when logged in, you will find the help on the spot options in the upper right-hand corner. The icon will provide you with an in depth explanation of that area of the website. The icon will play a quick video about that specific area as well.
A help widget is embedded at the bottom right of the n2y product pages. The help widget gives recommended articles based on the content of the solution page as well as offering the ability to search the knowledge base or contact a customer support representative for further questions.
Getting Started Checklists
When logged in on most pages inside of the product areas, you will find checklists in the bottom left-hand corner. These checklists will guide you through the recommended first steps to successful implementation. Checklists will continue to appear until dismissed.
