If a student is receiving the message “ask teacher for help” after logging in, it usually indicates that there are incomplete portions of the student profile or student view configuration. Be sure to check the following settings.
1. Ensure that a profile is completed for your student. If you have started a profile but not completed it, you may see a 'continue' option. In this case, you will want to continue that profile through completion.
2. If the Set Reading Level Priority tab has not been saved, it must be updated and saved to allow access to Student View.
