To check on the status of any requests you sent to n2y, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your n2y account at n2y.com.
- Select your email in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
- Select Get Support.
- Select your name in the upper right-hand corner of the support center.
- Select My Activities.
- Any support requests that you have submitted will display under My Requests.
- Selecting the title of the request will show the communication from the n2y support team along with key details about the request.
