The Reports area in My Account displays data for each student, defined groups of students or an entire caseload all in one place. Reporting options vary by solution, and may be available for administrators, sub-administrators and teachers/service providers. These features allow for data-driven decisions in daily instruction and generate customized reports that show trends in individual or classroom learning, areas of need, learning, behavior and more. Data and reports are organized for easy and effective interpretation and action steps. The reports can be customized for straightforward indication of progress toward IEP goals for individual students or defined groups and can also be used to document instruction and strategies provided. All reports can be printed or saved as a PDF file.
Accessing Reports
Access the Teacher Reports area by selecting Reports from the My Account menu, or the Teacher Reports icon from the Teacher Dashboard. Reports are available for:

Benchmarks
- Benchmark Performance Status: View Benchmark scores and completion data for the whole classroom or a specific student. This includes data on:
- Results for each assessment
- Times taken.
- Trends if taken multiple times.
- Last completion date.
- Standard alignment.

Unique Learning System offers reports for:
Checkpoints
Checkpoint Reports allow service providers to view pre-tests and post-tests that have been completed for each student. These reports measure improvement or decline in skill areas, and compare test results in multiple areas for each student, or for the entire class.
The Checkpoint Reports include:
- Checkpoints Completion Chart - This report shows the pre-test and post-test that has been completed for the student. Only months that have been selected will display in the report.
- Accuracy and Responsiveness Trends -The trend given compares the average pre-test and post-test scores for an individual Level 1 student or for all Level 1 students in a class.
- Accuracy Trends - The trend given compares the average pre-test and post-test scores for an individual Level 2 or 3 student or for all Level 2 or 3 students in a class. A student’s scores for a test and month will only be included if both pre-and post-tests are complete.
- Content Understanding Skills Trends - This report measures improvement or decline in average skills from pre-test to post-test for a student or class.
- Employability Trends - This report measures improvement or decline in average employability skills from pre-test to post-test for a student or class in the Transition grade band.
- Reading Skills Trends - This report measures improvement or decline in average reading skills from pre-test to post-test for a K-12 student or class.
- Mathematics Trends - This report measures improvement or decline in average math skills from pre-test to post-test for a K-12 student or class.
- Level 1 Skills Trends - This report measures improvement or decline in average skills from pre-test to post-test for an individual Level 1 student or all Level 1 students on a caseload across all grade bands.
- Lifelong Learning Trends -This report measures improvement or decline in average lifelong learning skills from pre-test to post-test for a student or class in the Transition grade band.
- Literacy and Language Trends -This report compares pre-and post-tests for a Pre-K student or class.
- Mathematical Concepts Trends - This report measures improvement or decline in average mathematical concepts skills from pre-test to post-test for a student or class.

Inactive Benchmarks
Reports are available for the inactive Benchmarks to see historical data. These Benchmark Reports show the inactive Benchmark Assessments that have been completed for each student, measure improvement or decline of an individual student and give a detailed look at a student’s current skill level across all benchmarks.
The Benchmark Reports include:
- Benchmark Completion Report - This report shows the benchmarks that have been completed for the student within the time period selected.
- Individual Growth - This report shows improvement or decline of an individual student in each benchmark.
- Individual Summary - This report gives a detailed look at a student’s current skill level across all benchmarks.
- Class Summary - This report shows where each student in the class has most recently scored for each benchmark. The results can then be exported into a spreadsheet.
Profiles
Profile Reports allow service providers to see who has completed each profile. Service providers can organize by student to see who has completed each profile, organized by profile type.
The Profile Reports include:
- Profile Completion by Student - This report shows who has completed each profile, organized by student.
- Profile Completion by Profile Type - This report shows who has completed each profile, organized by profile type.
Daily Performance
Daily Performance Reports allow service providers to view performance for a single student based on daily scores from the Monthly Unit, Science and Social Studies Courses and Inspire Classics activities. An option to exclude items worked on during Homework is available.
The Student Performance Reports for each type can be run by:
- Lesson(s) - This report shows student performance over time on lesson activities. This can be pulled for a specific lesson, a group of lessons or all lessons.
- Standard(s) - This report shows student performance on up to 5 standards at a time related to English Language Arts or Math. Reports will be limited to the specific grade of a student as selected in the My Students section where applicable.

The Accommodations & Modifications reports allow licensed users and administrators to generate a summary of the current accommodations and modifications for executed IEP roadmaps.
Current by Accommodations & Modifications: This report displays accommodations and modifications by classroom or caseload.
Current by Student: This report displays accommodations and modifications organized by student.

Assessments
The Assessments report allows teachers and administrators to generate a summary of completed assessments on Next Roadmaps.
Assessment Results by Roadmap: This report displays the summaries organized by Roadmap.
Goals
The Goals reports allow teachers and administrators to generate a summary of goal statuses and progress for Executed Roadmaps.
Current IEP Goal Status by Caseload: This report displays a pie chart showing the statuses of Mastered, Progressing, At Risk or Not Started by caseload.
Current IEP Goal Status by Student: This report captures the status of the current IEP goals of a student in the same format of the status bar of the Roadmaps page.
Current IEP Progress by Student: This report displays a graph of recorded data that includes the target, aimline and trendline for each goal for a single student.
Profiles
The Profiles report allows teachers and administrators to generate a summary of all completed profiles on an Executed Roadmap.
Profile Results by Roadmap: This report displays the completed profiles for Polaris, Unique Learning System and Positivity where applicable for a single student.
Roadmaps
The Roadmaps report allows teachers and administrators to generate a summary of Roadmaps.
Status of Roadmaps - Single Caseload: This report displays the current status of goals for one teacher or service provider’s caseload. Statuses for Current Goals include Mastered, Progressing, At Risk and Not Started. Statuses for Next Roadmaps include Completed, In Progress and Not Started.
Status of Roadmaps - Multiple Caseloads: This report displays the current status of goals for multiple teachers or service providers' caseloads. Statuses for Current Goals include Mastered, Progressing, At Risk and Not Started. Statuses for Next Roadmaps include Completed, In Progress and Not Started.
Upcoming and Overdue Roadmaps: This report displays a summary of Next Roadmap Due in 90, 60 or 30 days as well as overdue Roadmaps.

Planned Strategy Assignment

Strategy Usage
Strategy usage reports document the usage and delivery of Positivity Strategies and assist teams in identifying overall trends in data to inform program planning. Service providers can view by usage graphs, usage details, delivery event or delivery name depending on the strategy type.
