- Sign in to n2y.com as the Subscription Manager.
- Select Manage Faculty & Students from the My Account menu.
- Select the Add Users button and choose “Single User Setup” from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the email address of the desired user.
- Select Check for User.
- If user is new, enter their first name and last name.
- Select continue.
- Complete the User Survey for recommendations and assistance on assigning roles and licenses (This step is optional. If you select ”Skip”, proceed to step 13. Please note option availability varies based on account details).
- Select Continue.
- Answer any questions and select Continue as needed. (Options will vary based on your survey answers.)
- Select Finish and Apply.
- Select the Add Role button, desired options, and the Save & Next button for each additional role you add to the user.
- Select the Add License button, desired options, and Save & Next button for each additional license you add to the user.
