- Sign in to n2y.com as the Subscription Manager.
- Navigate to Manage Faculty & Students on the My Account menu.
- Locate the name of a member of the existing group.
- Select the three dots in the right-hand column to the right of their name.
- Select Edit Person.
- Select the pencil icon in the upper right-hand corner of the desired role type for the new member.
- Select Add Member.
- Enter the details of the new member as prompted.
How to Remove an Administrator or Sub-Administrator:
- Sign in to n2y.com.
- Select Manage Faculty & Students from the My Account menu.
- Locate the name of an existing member of the desired role type.
- Select the three dots in the right-hand column to the right of their name.
- Select Edit Person.
- Select the pencil icon in the upper right-hand corner of the desired role type for the new member.
- Select Delete Group.
- Select Delete.
