- Sign in to n2y.com as the Subscription Manager.
- Navigate to the Manage Faculty & Students section under the My Account menu.
- Select the Add Users button.
- Select Replace User.
- Search for the user you wish to replace.
- Enter the email address of the new staff member under the Replace With heading.
- Select the Verify User button.
- Enter First and Last Name if necessary.
- Select Continue.
- Select Save.
- The new user will receive an email inviting them to join your subscription.
- Users can also be replaced by selecting the three dots to the right of their name in a subscription or the User Dashboard.

The following will be assigned to the new user:
- Licenses and Roles that enable necessary access for the new user.
- Students
- Including maintaining any shared status with other teachers within the subscription.
- Classroom Schedule
- My Plan Templates
