An Add/Drop day is recommended to be designated by school leadership at either the beginning or the end of the school year to allow service providers to drop students that will no longer be in their classroom. Dropping the students will make them available for other service providers in their subscription to add as existing students. Adding existing students is ideal as it allows the data to travel with the student and helps prevent duplicate students. Service providers should add existing students and new students to prep for the upcoming school year on this day.
