Similar to the Unique Learning System monthly units, Classics supports the differentiation of activities based on student level. Classics includes four levels of differentiation.
Differentiated levels 1, 2, and 3 support unique learners through your state’s extended standards. Level 4 is for those students who have mastered the extended standards and are working toward general education standards. Activities in level 4 require students to complete more inferential types of questions. Students are required to put together and analyze the text versus finding an answer on the page. Please note that the level of the student does not determine if they receive the text-only or symbol-supported version of the book. As some activities reference page numbers, a different version of an activity may be provided to students of the same level based on these settings.
Level 4 can be set up by the service provider through each student's settings.
