Paraprofessional educators may work in tandem with teachers to give supplemental aid to students in special education classrooms. If your paraprofessional is servicing the same set of students within the same classroom as your primary teacher, at this time, they are not required to have their own license for n2y solutions.
Teachers can facilitate instructional activities by sending and sharing material to the paraprofessional without compromising or sharing their login credentials. Teachers or service providers can create a collaborative teaching environment to paraprofessionals and other classroom aides by:
- Sharing or sending lesson plans from the instructional activities
- Sharing or sending administration guides for assessments
- Creating a sample student login for Paraprofessionals to log in and support instruction alongside the student(s), including whole group instruction
Paraprofessionals can assist students using Student View by monitoring their activities and offering instruction when needed either in person or in a virtual learning environment.
