n2y Solutions provide three complementary roles to support the solution: Subscription Manager, Administrator, and Sub-Administrator. To review these roles and their access, please click here.
The Administrator role allows you to create a hierarchy of Sub-Administrators to oversee implementation, usage, and student data to support the district. Administrators can establish groupings of Sub-Administrators within the subscription to provide access to key leaders within the organization to the staff that they support. By creating these levels within your n2y subscriptions, your leadership team can support their staff by pulling the information directly, having access to the tools (including our new Admin Sample Classroom for Unique Learning System), and materials necessary to fully engage with the curriculum.
In districts with large student populations, implementing the Sub-Administrator role for anyone who oversees the implementation of n2y creates a hierarchy of responsibility rather than having only one primary Administrator. Because the level of access is virtually the same, they will have access to the Administrator Dashboard. For Unique Learning System Sub-Administrators this includes access to the Support Center, which contains our Observation Guide, and is a great way for someone who may not be familiar with Unique Learning System to see how well it is being implemented in the classroom.
In order to create your ideal hierarchy, you will want to follow these directions. Next, you will want to provide the following directives to your Sub-Admins.
Please note, until you have assigned teachers to your Sub-Administrators, their visibility into the solution is limited.

You have been granted Sub-Administrator access to Unique Learning System, n2y’s curriculum for students with complex learning needs, that is used by some of the staff under your leadership. n2y’s goal is to improve student outcomes in both traditional and remote learning settings, achieve compliance, and reduce turnover with our research-based, integrated programs.
To log in to your account, please visit www.n2y.com and follow these steps.
As a Sub-Administrator, you will be able to create and manage a sample classroom, view staff usage, and monitor student outcomes. To help you get started, please review:

Next, you will want to review n2y’s Implementation Guide for Leadership to familiarize yourself with the steps for adopting Unique Learning System. n2y has also provided a FAQ guide to support your staff with onboarding.
Throughout the school year, you will want to regularly review the Staff Usage Summary Export Report to celebrate success and identify areas for coaching.
