Administrators and Sub-Administrators are automatically granted “Edit All” access in Polaris. This access allows them to view and edit all sections of the student Roadmaps for their assigned Service Providers (Teacher, PT, OT, SLP, etc.). Subscription managers can set up Administrators and Sub-Administrators with everything they need by:
- Adding a user(s) as an Administrator or Sub-Administrator.
- Assign each Service Provider (Teacher, PT, OT, SLP, etc.) to the appropriate Administrator or Sub-Administrator.
- Pro Tip: Multiple Administrators or Sub-Administrators can be added as members to allow for more than one individual to oversee the same list of Licensed Users. Click here for more information.
