Teachers and service providers who receive this message should search for an existing version of the student. If the student is not available to be added to your classroom, you can reach out to your Administrator to resolve.
If a duplicate version of the student cannot be located, the Administrator should reach out to the n2y Customer Care team at email@example.com or by calling 800-697-6575 and selecting option 2 for further assistance.
Please note that if students sign in with Google or Microsoft before their email is tied to their student account, this will auto-generate an account that is not associated with your subscription. As a result, these students will not be available to be added. Once n2y resolves the issue, it is imperative that the student account be created/updated with the desired email address before the student attempts to sign in again. n2y is aware that this may cause a pain point for some districts. District administrators can set up domain level security and update settings for single sign-on options with their faculty and staff.
