Service providers and teachers do not appear in the faculty tab of the Manage Faculty & Students page until they have verified their email and accepted their role(s). Until that time, they will appear on the pending users tab and cannot be edited.
- If the email address is incorrect, you will need to revoke the invitation and invite the user again using the correct email address.
- If the user has not accepted their license, you can resend the invitation.
