Service providers and teachers do not appear in the faculty tab of the User Dashboard until they have verified their email and accepted their role(s). Until that time, they will appear on the pending users tab and cannot be edited.
- If the email address is incorrect, you will need to revoke the invitation and invite the user again using the correct email address.
- If the user has not accepted their license, you can resend the invitation.
