Some districts implement security features to prevent students from creating accounts before they are fully linked to their classroom. Please note that the inability to sign in with the “Sign in with Google” or “Sign in with Microsoft” button does not mean that the student does not have access to Student Login. They still may be able to access via another login method that has been fully configured.
Resolutions:
This can be resolved by:
- Adding the student’s email to their account to activate single sign-on options.
- OR logging in with a different login method.
