How to Use Transition Planning

1. Navigate to the n2y GPS from the Unique Learning System menu.
2. Select the desired student. 
3. Select Transition Planning. 
4. Select the section of the planning assessment. The PDF Guide contains a hard copy of the assessment that can be downloaded and printed for students who need a paper/pencil format.
   
5. Select if the assessment will be completed online or offline and hit Run Test. The selections from an assessment taken in a paper/pencil format should be entered into the GPS using the Offline option.
   
6. Complete the assessment and add notes when applicable.
   
7. Select the assessment details to view or print a detailed report.
