- Navigate to Manage Faculty & Students from the My Account menu.
- Select the Students tab.
- Pro Tip: SAVE TIME! Existing subscriptions that already have students should use the Export Roster button at the bottom right of this page to download a CSV of all students. This will allow you to quickly update existing students, prevent duplicate students, and provide a smoother experience for teachers or service providers.
- Select the desired Bulk Import Students button.
- Select Continue.
- Select the Import CSV button at the top of the slide.
- (Optional) Select the Download Template button for a starting point.
- This step is recommended for new subscriptions. Subscriptions with existing students should reference step Pro Tip in step 2.
- Update your All Students CSV (if applicable). Enter your students email addresses/UPNs or student IDs, first names, last names and teacher of records into a spreadsheet using your preferred spreadsheet software.
- Save your spreadsheet as a .CSV file.
- Select Browse to locate your saved CSV or click and drag your file onto the slide to upload your CSV.
- Make the appropriate selection for the “My file includes headers” checkbox.
- Select Continue.
