What Settings Impact Schedule Options in Positivity?

Schedule Type:

    • If no or partial times are entered, the schedule is automatically in On-Demand mode (this applies to both classroom schedule and individual student schedules).
    • Time-Based & On Demand options will both be provided IF times are entered for all scheduled events (for Classroom Schedule and Individual Student Schedules).

    • If Classroom Schedule is Time-Based, the user can adjust the type of schedule for students accessing the classroom schedule.
    • If Classroom Schedule is On Demand, all student schedules using the Classroom Schedule will be set to On-Demand in Student View.
    • Users can reorder events in the Today View in On-Demand Mode in Positivity.  Reordering of events in Daily & Weekly must happen in the My Schedules section of the website - selection of the “Reorder Events” button opens a modal to drag to reorder the sequence of future events.

  • Editing Events:
    • “Alert Before Ending” is only available in a Time-Based schedule.
    •  In On-Demand, the ability to schedule a strategy for delivery from the End of an Activity is not available.

Please note, schedules are not required to access Positivity and are only needed to use the Visual Schedule and its associated features. The schedule can be set up, removed or edited as needed.
