The View All permission level allows team members to view all sections, but it only allows them to edit assigned sections. This role is available to Administrators and licensed users to whom a student does not directly report, as well as team members without a license, which may include Speech Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, General Education Teachers, and Assistive Technology Specialists. This provides flexibility to include team members that do not need Edit All access to collaborate. While roles with this access will vary on a case-by-case basis, this permission level should include anyone who needs to view everything and will contribute information or data to an assigned item. This permission level helps simplify the complexities of the compliance process from start to finish.
