Subscription Managers can quickly update the organization listed for multiple service providers at once from the Manage Faculty and Students page.
- Sign in to n2y.com
- Select Manage Faculty & Students from the My Account menu.
- Select the Checkbox next to each person’s name to update their information.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Select the Bulk Actions button.
- Select Update Organization for Users.
- Enter the postal code of the organization and select search.
- Filter by name if needed.
- Locate and select the desired organization.
- Select Save.
Pro Tip: Quickly find service providers with no organization listed by selecting the Filter at the top of the Manage Faculty & Students page. From the menu, select Organizations and turn on the Show Faculty without an Organization Assigned toggle.
