- Sign in to your account at n2y.com as a Subscription Manager.
- Select Manage Faculty & Students User Dashboard from the My Account menu.
- Select the Add Users button and choose “Single User Setup” from the drop down
- Enter the email of the desired user.
- Select Check for User
- If the user is new, enter their first and last name
- Select Continue
- Complete the User Survey, if needed, for recommendations and assistance on assigning additional roles and/or licenses (This step is optional. If you select ”Skip”, proceed to step 12. Please note option availability varies based on account details).
- Select Continue.
- Answer any questions and select Continue as needed. (Options will vary based on your survey answers.)
- Select Finish and Apply
- Select the Add Role button, select Subscription Manager, and the Save & Next button for each additional role you add to the user.
- Select Exit
